Job Title: Dishwasher

Location: Delta Sky Club - 2642 World Gateway Place, Detroit, MI 48242

Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary, including weekends. More details provided during interview.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Requirements: Prior commercial dishwashing experience is highly preferred.

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

Responsibilities

1. Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes, washing by hand or using a conveyor dishwashing machine.
2. Washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
3. Polishes silverware using specified equipment and methods.
4. Follows safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
5. Keeps the dish area clean and organized, complies with safety standards.
6. Sweeps and mops kitchen floors; cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces.
7. Removes trash, sanitizes garbage cans, and transfers supplies as needed.
8. Assists in loading and unloading supplies and products.
9. Performs additional duties as assigned.
