Job summary

Tony’s Market in Castle Rock, CO is hiring a full-time Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of dishes and sanitation in the kitchen. You will wash dishes, glassware, pots, and utensils, stock service areas, and support daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining a clean work area, complying with HACCP and safety regulations, and adapting to a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

• Knowledge of basic food safety practices is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Sweep and scrub floors
• Clean garbage cans with water or steam
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks
• Complete specials projects and other duties as assigned
