Western Home Communities in Cedar Falls is seeking a dependable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You’ll help keep dishes, utensils, and prep areas clean and sanitized while supporting a respectful, resident-focused dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Dependable, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep work areas, equipment, plateware, and utensils clean and organized.
• Maintain accessible dinnerware and food service equipment.
• Wash pots, pans, trays, and kitchen items by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Safely remove trash and garbage to the disposal area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards for a hygienic environment.
• Interact with residents in a respectful, friendly manner while serving meals.
