Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes, and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen, including dry storage, walk-in cooler, sweeping, and mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and disposes of garbage properly.
• Performs daily cleaning tasks: dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Washes, cleans, and sanitizes all dishes, and cleans the kitchen after closing.
• Performs other duties as required.
