Job summary

Compass Group USA in Mount Vernon, GA is hiring for full-time and part-time dishwashing positions. The role maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen areas in a sanitary condition.

Shift schedule includes Fri–Sun, 9:00 am–8:30 pm, and Mon–Thu, 3:00 pm–8:30 pm, with on-call duties. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred but not required. Pay ranges from $8.00 to $9.50 per hour, with benefits and Instapay through the One @Work app.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment.
• Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures. Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
