Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or with a machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and maintains sanitation.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and safe.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet safety standards.
• Washes worktables, walls and prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and disposes it properly.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
