Job summary

Elephante Scottsdale is seeking a friendly, reliable dishwasher to keep the dining and kitchen areas clean and sanitized. You will work with kitchen staff to support gracious hospitality and ensure timely setup and cleanup of stations.

Responsibilities include maintaining dishwashing stations and kitchen cleanliness, proper storage of supplies, handling cleaning chemicals safely, and assisting with opening/closing procedures as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Must have Food Handling Certificate.
• Dish Washer training completed preferred.
• Must be able to stand, bend and lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance and cleanliness of dish station, kitchen and venue.
• Wipe down and sanitize stations; store supplies properly.
• Follow supervisor instructions and work as part of a team.
• Report breakage or damage to equipment to management.
• Open/close dish station and perform side-work as prescribed.
• Attend pre-service meetings and training sessions.
