Job summary

Elephante in Dallas, TX is seeking a dedicated dish washer to ensure all service and kitchen-wares are clean and sanitized. You will interact courteously with teammates and supervisors to support gracious hospitality and smooth service.

You will maintain station cleanliness, follow health and sanitation standards, operate the dish machine, handle cleaning chemicals safely, and participate in opening/closing procedures as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Company in-venue Dish Washer training and Food Handling Certificate.
• Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Company Employee Handbook.
• Aides in cleaning inside and outside the venue.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dish station, the kitchen and the entire venue.
• Properly sets-up dish station and performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
• Stocks stations with prescribed supplies and reports any damage to equipment or furniture.
