Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest level of cleanliness and sanitation in the dish area.
• Set up, operate and clean kitchen machinery safely.
• Clean and sanitize dishware, prep ware, and kitchen areas.
• Rack china and glassware according to dish room standards.
• Take out trash and keep floors clean and dry.
• Report equipment failures or safety hazards to management.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment as needed.
• Keep workstation neat and properly stored.
