True Food Kitchen in Edison, NJ is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen and keep every dish, utensil, and surface spotless for service.

Qualifications

• Maintain sanitation levels and operate the dish machine.
• Wash, store, rotate tableware and utensils.
• Hand-wash pots, pans using a 3-compartment sink.
• Keep dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine; ensure proper sanitation levels and report issues
• Wash, store, and rotate all tableware, cookware, glassware, and utensils
• Hand-wash pots, pans, and specialty items using a 3-compartment sink
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room, kitchen, restrooms, and prep areas
• Keep up with linen and trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and breaking down boxes
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
• Support the team with flexibility to ensure smooth restaurant operations
