Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a Dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen and guest experience. You will help keep the dish area clean, stock supplies, and support light prep as needed, enabling smooth service throughout shifts.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. Roles require standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, with flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized dish area at the start of each shift.
• Clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift.
• Keep back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe.
• Communicate with managers and teammates to stay ahead of kitchen needs.
