You will wash and sanitize all dishes, drinkware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment while maintaining a tidy dish room. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.

• Ability to work around various temperatures in kitchen.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial dishwasher.
• Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment.
• Maintain clean and orderly kitchen work areas and utensils.
• Sanitize food prep areas and equipment.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Store clean dishes and equipment appropriately.
• Assist prep cook and kitchen staff during peak times.
• Load and unload trucks delivering food or supplies.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work.
• Clean spills or broken glass promptly.
