Responsibilities include washing, sanitizing, and inspecting dishware, operating dishwashing machines, and following safety and sanitation rules.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and inspect dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans, ensuring cleanliness and restocking.
• Load and operate dishwashing machines, maintain chemical levels, and follow safety guidelines.
• Unload clean dishes and store properly.
• Inspect washed items before restocking and rewash when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized dish room and kitchen equipment.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation and food handling guidelines.
• Follow soaking and knife handling procedures with gloves where appropriate.
• Bag and remove trash and dispose of waste as required.
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
