Job summary

Meso Maya Comida Y Copas in Dallas, TX is hiring a team-oriented restaurant associate responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming dining room and kitchen area. You will be expected to follow safety policies, handle food and equipment properly, and assist with side work and closing duties to ensure smooth operations.

Applicants should be a team player, able to lift up to 40 pounds, and hold a valid state food handler certification.

Qualifications

• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety laws and Company safety policies.
• Understand safe food and equipment handling.
• Follow all BOH standards for safety and cleanliness.
• Report unsafe conditions to Management.
• Ensure dishes, cookware, equipment, and supplies are clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Be a team player.
• Share the love of all FRG Brands.
• Know restaurant’s food and beverage selections, how to sell items, and answer Guests’ questions.
• Assist in cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant.
• Complete set-ups, side work, and closing duties as assigned.
• Ensure safe food handling and general restaurant safety for Guests and Team Members.

Responsibilities
