Responsibilities

• Operate industrial dishwasher.
• Wash dishes and sanitize utensils; clean floors and maintain equipment.
• Maintain kitchen work areas and utensils in clean condition.
• Clean food preparation areas and facilities.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Store dishes and cooking equipment properly.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles.
