The Beach Company is seeking a dependable Dishwasher for Kiawah River on Johns Island. The role involves cleaning and organizing dishwashing areas, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and supporting the kitchen team during service, events, and peak times.

Flexible scheduling includes weekends and evenings; candidate should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Familiarity with catering and event logistics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized dish pit and kitchen areas.
• Operate and break down dish machine; assist with hand washing.
• Assist kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of dishes for service.
• Follow health and safety regulations and proper PPE usage.
• Support opening/closing side work as directed.
• Collaborate with team to handle peak times and events.
