Fleet Landing Restaurant & Bar in Charleston, SC is seeking reliable, hardworking dishwashers to keep our kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll operate a commercial dishwasher, maintain a clean dish pit, and support the busy kitchen during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and on time.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a wet, fast-paced environment.
• Organized and able to multitask, maintaining cleanliness under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwasher and maintain dish flow.
• Wash items by hand when needed.
• Empty and clean trash and recycling areas.
• Clean and maintain equipment and storage areas.
• Rotate dishware to minimize wear and tear.
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Assist prep cooks and kitchen staff during peak times.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work tasks.
• Clean spills and broken glass safely.
• Report any maintenance or sanitation issues.
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the restaurant clean and running.
