The Dishwasher at P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in the United States is responsible for keeping a safe, sanitized area for staff and guests.

You will wash and sanitize all plate ware, drink ware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, and keep the dish room clean and organized. We value teamwork and reliability, and expect you to maintain sanitation standards, multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen, and assist others during peak times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate with team members.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures preferred.
• Ability to learn chemicals and proper handling in the kitchen.

Responsabilités

• Operate an industrial dishwasher and clean wares, utensils, pots and pans.
• Maintain a clean, organized dish room and kitchen work areas.
• Assist prep cook and kitchen staff during peak times.
• Open, close and perform side work; handle spill cleanups promptly.
