Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.
• Able to work around various levels of temperature in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Operates an industrial dishwasher.
• Wash dishes, clean and maintain equipment.
• Maintain kitchen work areas in clean and orderly conditions.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment.
• Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed.
