COLD BEERS & CHEESEBURGERS - PRASADA is seeking a dependable dishwasher to ensure cleanliness and sanitization of all dishes, cookware, and utensils. You will support kitchen operations and help maintain a safe, efficient work area in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent time management to handle tasks efficiently.

• Valid Food Handlers Certification.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment cleaning and dishwashing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize all dishes and utensils.
• Sort and store clean dishes and maintain dishwashing area cleanliness.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and proper chemical handling.
• Communicate with kitchen team to coordinate tasks and workload.
• Be flexible to assist in other kitchen or restaurant areas as required.
