Pardo's is seeking a dishwasher to keep our kitchen clean and efficient. You will wash dishes, sanitize utensils, and assist the team to maintain a safe food prep area.

This full-time role offers $14-$16 per hour, opportunities for advancement, employee discounts on meals, and a supportive team environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a hot, humid kitchen.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a dishwasher is a plus but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment including industrial dishwashers, sinks, and drying racks.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas.
• Maintain the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping, mopping and waste disposal.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and restocking.
• Follow health and safety guidelines including proper handling of chemicals and waste disposal.
• Report maintenance or equipment issues to the kitchen manager promptly.
