Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Dishwasher to join our high-volume kitchen team in Riverside, CA. You will help maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in a fast-paced back-of-house environment, supporting safe and efficient operations and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, kitchen, hospitality, or food service preferred.
• Familiarity with dishwashing operations and cleaning duties a plus.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, plates, glassware, and pots using a commercial dishwasher.
• Pre-sort, soak, and rinse silverware to ensure proper cleaning.
• Load and unload the dishwasher safely and work with speed and accuracy.
• Assist with station setup, opening/closing tasks, and general janitorial duties.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards and work as a supportive team member.
