P.F. Chang's in Rancho Mirage, CA is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Dishwashers. You will ensure a safe, sanitized dish area, washing and sanitizing all wares and cooking equipment while keeping the dish room clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members.
• Learn about chemicals used and how to use them properly.
• Able to work in warm to very warm kitchen temperatures.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial dishwasher and maintain cleanliness.
• Wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, sanitize utensils and equipment.
• Keep kitchen areas clean and orderly and assist during peak times.
• Load/unload trucks and perform opening, closing and side work.
• Handle spills or broken glass promptly and safely.
