Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, to include basic concepts of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Cleans equipment using cleaning chemicals to maintain sanitary standards.
• Restocks supplies such as soap and cleaning materials.
• Walks and stands for extended periods and lifts up to 35 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
