Job summary

Quest Food Management Services is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to perform pot washing, dishwashing, and general cleaning duties in a school or campus kitchen. The role supports daily kitchen production and ensures a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities include setting up workstations, washing cookware, and maintaining sanitation levels across the dish, pot room, and storage areas. A high school diploma or equivalent and food handler certification are preferred; prior kitchen experience

Qualifications

• Ability to perform simple arithmetic and understand measurements/conversions.
• Food Handler certification is required or maintained as per local/state mandates.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing area and related equipment.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and utensils according to sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, pot room, dish area, and storage spaces.
• Monitor and document sanitizing solutions in dish machine and sinks.
• Follow all Quest policies and food safety guidelines.
