Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and inspect dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Load and operate dishwashing machines, maintain chemical levels, follow safety guidelines.
• Unload clean dishes and return to proper places.
• Inspect washed items and rewash if necessary.
• Keep dish room and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety, sanitation and food-handling rules.
