Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and inspect dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans, ensuring cleanliness and restocking.
• Load and operate dishwashing machines and maintain chemical levels with safety.
• Unload clean dishes and place them in their proper places.
• Inspect washed wares before restocking and re-wash if needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room and workstations.
