You will wash, sanitize, and prep dishes, glassware, and utensils, ensuring readiness for service. Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Operate industrial dishwashing equipment and follow safety protocols for chemicals.
• Sort items by category and load into machines for optimal cleaning.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and proper dish storage.
• Assist with food prep or plating during peak service to support efficiency.
• Adhere to health and safety standards to prevent contamination.
