Job summary

Blackberry Farm is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to join our busy kitchen team. This full-time role supports the front- and back-of-house by washing dishware, utensils, and cooking equipment in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You’ll learn alongside skilled chefs, have opportunities for growth, and must be available weekends and holidays. Prior experience is not required beyond a High School diploma; strong teamwork and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good communication skills with guests, managers and team members.
• Basic math and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry and organize all dishware, utensils, pots and containers.
• Operate and maintain the dish machine.
• Assist waitstaff with glass storage and overall station organization.
• Keep kitchen areas clean; sweep, mop and maintain floors daily.
