Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and organize all cooking utensils, containers, and pots.
• Sweep and mop floors; maintain a clean workspace.
• Operate and maintain the dish machine.
• Assist Waitstaff with glass storage and pantry organization.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house teams as needed.
• Maintain orderly plate cabinets and storage areas.
