You will be responsible for washing and organizing dishes, maintaining sanitary conditions, and assisting with opening and closing duties to help the team deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler permits.
• Passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, polish, and break down the dish machine; change the dishwater periodically.
• Wash dishes, cutlery, glassware, and more; stock and organize areas.
• Maintain sanitary dish area and comply with food handling and safety procedures.
• Monitor dish machine temperatures and sanitizers to meet health codes.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties to support kitchen teams.
• Report equipment problems to leadership and follow safe usage guidelines.
• Adhere to food service and handling safety precautions.
