Job summary

Blackberry Farm in Walland, TN is seeking a dependable dishwasher for our busy kitchen. You will wash, dry, and organize utensils, operate the dish machine, assist waitstaff, and help maintain a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and organize all cooking utensils, storage containers, and pots.
• Sweep and mop floors; maintain clean work area.
• Operate and maintain the dish machine.
• Assist waitstaff with glass storage and supplies.
• Maintain pantry and cabinets in an orderly fashion.
• Empty trash and recycling; ensure cleanliness of work area.

This behind-the-scenes position is essential for our world-class kitchens to operate.Dishwashers will be responsible for washing all dishware, utensils, cooking equipment, and any other tools used by the front-of-house and back-of-house staff.Opportunities to learn cooking preparation methods while working alongside our talented team of chefs and cooks.
