Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, and stack clean items; transport to storage areas or cooks’ lines.
• Rewash items as necessary to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
• Change dish machine water hourly and monitor wash/rinse temperatures; notify management if temperatures fall below safety standards.
