Job summary

Bamboo Sushi is opening a new Kirkland location in 2026 and is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to join the kitchen team. You’ll help keep dishes moving, support both BOH and FOH, and contribute to a clean, safe dining environment.

We offer competitive pay up to $23.13/hour plus tips, with base rates starting at $17.13, plus health and life insurance, a 401(k), paid vacation, and opportunities for advancement within Bamboo Sushi.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume food service environment preferred.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Ability to follow systems and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Washing, sanitizing, and organizing dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining clean and organized workstations.
• Supporting BOH and FOH teams during service.
• Following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
