Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group is seeking a hardworking Dishwasher for our Outback Steakhouse location. You will ensure dishes and small wares are clean and organized, support trash disposal, and assist with linen bag removal. The role prioritizes safe handling of chemicals and maintaining a fast, clean dining area.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year BOH experience, are able to work opens/swings/closes, and are comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year BOH (back-of-house) experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to work a variety of opens, swings, and closes.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
• Vision and depth perception to handle kitchen tasks.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and flow while washing dishes and utensils.
• Practice food safety and sanitation.
• Restock kitchen and cook line as needed.
• Clean the restaurant and ensure clean plates and silverware.
• Manage dish machine and related chemicals safely.
