Job summary

The Dishwasher position at Evergreen Dining LLC is responsible for keeping dishes and utensils clean and ready for service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will follow safe food handling practices, wear gloves, and operate the dish machine as part of daily duties.

Ideal candidates have no experience required, but strong teamwork, reliability, and punctuality are valued. You will help with light food prep, trash removal, and keeping the kitchen organized while supporting a busy kitchen

Qualifications

High School degree or equivalent preferred.
No experience required.
Knowledge of common restaurant concepts and procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Cleans cooking areas, utensils and equipment with cleaning chemicals while wearing gloves.
Practices safe food handling and cleanliness at all times.
Safely handles dish machine and knives.
Washes and sorts flatware, dishes and glasses.
Light sweeping, mopping and light food prep per recipes; empties trash and restocks lightly.
Keeps to schedule and is on time for shifts.
Operates and participates effectively in a team environment.
Maintains high pace and intensity for extended periods.
