Benihana - Manhasset is seeking a dishwasher to support our BOH team and ensure a clean, efficient kitchen in a fast-paced dining environment. You will help keep dishes, utensils, and equipment sanitized and organized, while supporting basic prep and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in dishwasher or kitchen support preferred.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Keep dishwashing areas clean and organized.
• Operate dishwashing machines and manage chemicals.
• Assist with trash/recycling and waste disposal.
• Maintain clean floors, drains and workstations; store tools properly.
• Collaborate with BOH team to keep service smooth.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
