Job summary

The ONE GROUP is hiring a Dishwasher for Benihana to support our kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You will help maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation while supporting the BOH team to deliver a premier dining experience.

Responsibilities include washing and organizing dishes, operating dishwashing equipment, and assisting with basic prep as needed. Evening and weekend availability is required to join a dynamic, growth-minded team.

Qualifications

• Dishwasher experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Willingness to support the BOH team and contribute to kitchen success.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently.
• Keep dishwashing areas and storage clean and organized.
• Operate dishwashing machines and stock chemicals.
• Assist with trash and recycling; follow waste disposal procedures.
• Maintain clean floors, drains, and workstations to prevent hazards.
• Store kitchen tools and equipment properly and ready for use.
• Collaborate with BOH to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements and safety guidelines.
• Assist with basic food prep as needed.
• Take directions from Chefs and Kitchen Leadership with professionalism.
