• Previous dishwasher experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Willingness to support the BOH team and contribute to kitchen success.
• Must stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dishwashing areas and storage spaces.
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper chemical levels.
• Assist with trash and recycling removal per procedures.
• Keep floors, drains, and workstations clean and hazard-free.
• Store kitchen tools and equipment properly for easy access.
• Collaborate with the BOH team to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements and safety guidelines.
• Assist with basic prep work and food handling as needed.
• Execute tasks assigned by Chefs and Kitchen Leadership with professionalism.
