You will maintain the cleanliness of dishwashing areas, operate machines, assist with waste disposal, and help with basic prep as needed. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to health standards in a lively restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwasher experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas and storage spaces.
• Operate dishwashing machines and stock chemicals.
• Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes.
• Keep floors and workstations clean and safe.
• Support BOH team to keep service running smoothly.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements.
