Benihana in Orlando is seeking a Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. You will help maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards while supporting the BOH team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

The role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected. Comprehensive benefits are available for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, organization, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas and storage spaces.
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper chemicals are stocked.
• Assist with trash/recycling and waste disposal procedures.
• Keep floors and workstations clean and hazard-free.
• Store kitchen tools and equipment properly for use.
• Collaborate with BOH team to keep service smooth.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements and safety guidelines.
• Assist with basic prep and food handling as needed.
• Execute tasks from Chefs and Kitchen Leadership.
