Job summary

Won't Stop Hospitality is hiring a Dishwasher to maintain a clean and efficient back-of-house environment. You will handle dishwashing, sanitation, and basic prep, contributing to a smooth service flow in a fast-paced restaurant.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work well with both back-of-house and front-of-house teams. Safety and cleanliness are emphasized in daily duties and company policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred. Must demonstrate basic understanding of food handling, sanitation, and prep procedures.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluently in the primary language of the property location.
• Ability to apply common sense, define problems, collect data and notify management when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the organization and flow of the dishwashing area.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils as they arrive throughout the shift.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all cleaned items are properly sanitized, dried, and stored according to company and health standards.
• Manage the safe use and handling of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
• Replenish clean dishes, utensils, and glassware to designated stations and service areas.
• Assist with light prep work as needed.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain a clean, dry, and safe working floor in the dish area.
• Communicate effectively with back-of-house and front-of-house team members to support service flow.
• Adhere to Won't Stop Hospitality Inc. policies
• Practice "clean as you go" habits and complete assigned closing or side work duties.
• Uphold all company food safety, sanitation, and labeling policies.
• Other kitchen-related duties as assigned.
