STK Steakhouse in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our kitchen team and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards. You will help keep dishes, utensils, pots, and pans clean while ensuring a smooth BOH operation and a positive dining experience.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Nights, weekends, and holidays availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or kitchen support is preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas and storage spaces.
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper chemical levels.
• Assist with trash/recycling and waste disposal.
• Keep kitchen floors and workstations clean and hazard-free.
• Store tools and equipment properly for use.
• Collaborate with BOH team to keep service smooth.
• Follow health department sanitation requirements and safety guidelines.
• Assist with basic prep work and food handling as needed.
• Carry out tasks from Chefs and Kitchen Leadership with enthusiasm.
