Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Dishwasher to join our high-volume, full-service kitchen team. In this role you will wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, support opening/closing tasks, and help maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dishwashing operations and cleaning duties is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, plates, glassware, and utensils using a commercial dishwasher.
• Pre-sort and soak silverware to ensure proper cleaning.
• Safely load and unload the dishwashing machine.
• Work with speed and a sense of urgency to support kitchen operations.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and station setup.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
• Perform janitorial duties including sweeping and mopping.
