Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or food service preferred.
• Familiar with dishwashing operations and sanitation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Pre sort, soak, and rinse silverware for cleaning.
• Safely load and unload the dishwashing machine.
• Work with speed, efficiency, and urgency.
• Support opening and closing tasks and station setup.
• Follow instructions with attention to detail.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and chemical handling rules.
• Complete utility tasks like trash removal and box breakdown.
• Perform janitorial duties to maintain floors.
• Communicate effectively as a team player.
