You’ll ensure tableware, cookware, and kitchen tools are spotless and service-ready, while maintaining a clean, organized dish area and steady flow of clean dishes to the kitchen and dining room.

This role is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring you to stay focused under pressure, lift up to 60 lbs, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine with precision.
• Keep all tableware, cookware, and kitchen tools spotless and service-ready.
• Monitor machine performance and water temperature for sanitation.
• Maintain a clean, organized dish area and steady flow of dishes to kitchen and dining room.
• Restock cleaning supplies and communicate when levels are low.
• Support kitchen and prep teams with cleaning tasks as needed.
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the operation running smoothly.
