Responsibilities

• Ensure sanitation and food safety standards are consistently met.
• Assist with cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant, including floors and service areas.
• Remove trash and recycling and maintain cleanliness in waste areas.
• Support kitchen team by maintaining a steady flow of clean dishes and supplies.
• Assist with basic prep or kitchen tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
