You will wash and sanitize dishes, maintain the dish station, restock supplies, and help with basic prep while adhering to health and safety guidelines. On-the-job training is provided; evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.

• Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station and back-of-house areas.
• Restock clean dishes, pots, and supplies to kitchen staff as needed.
• Dispose of trash and maintain proper waste management procedures.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to uphold health and safety standards.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks as directed.
