Legends Global is seeking a part-time Dishwasher for Fishers Event Center. The role focuses on keeping kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils clean and organized; ensuring a sanitary and safe work environment; and supporting event-based dishwashing needs.

Location is Fishers, Indiana, with an emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety rules. Several duties span from washing to coordinating supplies during events.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.

THE ROLE

Fishers Event Center has an excellent and immediate opening for a part-time Dishwasher. Maintains kitchen work areas and equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains kitchen work areas and equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Maintains sanitary and safe work environment.
• Maintains clean dry floors and walls at all times, including sweeping and mopping.
• Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans, trays, worktables, walls, ranges, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
• Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Sets up, maintains, and works the dishwashing stations at events.
• Help keep all China, Glass, and Silver in place and in order.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: Fishers Event Center

Physical Demands

This position requires stooping and lifting. Substantial standing, walking and pushing and or pulling of equipment. Must be able to lift 25 lbs to the waste.
