Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Goose Creek, SC is seeking a dedicated Team Member to join an independent Owner/Operator’s team. The role emphasizes dishwashing, sanitation, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning and organizing dishes, sanitizing equipment, and performing closing tasks as needed. The position requires 18+ years old, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and availability to work 3–5 days per week.

Schedule: 5:00 pm - 11:30 pm (Start time is flexible)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Wash, dry, and organize dishes within designated shift timeframes
• Clean and sanitize equipment including breading table(s), Henny Pennys, thaw cabinets, refrigeration, oven, ice machine, hot holding equipment, freezer and cooler floors, and back storage area
• Other tasks relating to operations execution, cleanliness, or closing as assigned

Requirements for the role:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be willing and able to work 3-5 days per week
• Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and kneel
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs

Dishwashers must have the following characteristics:

• Task-oriented
• Eye for detail, particularly for cleanliness and orderliness
• Must have a reputation for producing excellent results with minimal supervision
• Trustworthy
• Routine-oriented, welcomes predictability of completing similar tasks on a daily basis
• Understands the importance of clean, well-maintained facilities (food safety ramifications, better maintained equipment has a longer life, better environment for guests and team members)
